Form closed automatically once run

Dear All,

I've no idea how come when i run my customized form it closed automatically(Navision client). I even hv no chance to debug it. It only happen to my selected customized form. Any idea?

something must be wrong with your coding on the form, try to comment out the code you added on trigers (OnOpenForm,OnFindRecord,OnAfterGetRecord,...) to see which code is crashing the client.
