Database with Japanese Language

Hi All,

I need to setup a SQL Database with Japanese Collation(Japanese Language option). I need to Clarify some of the points.

1.) I am creating database from NAV. Which collation i need to select?

2.) Also i need to Change Collation at Sql Server level also? What Collation Should i select? Because i heard if i change only NAV Language
pack the data stored in SQL is not accurate when we retrive from other applications.

3.) I had tried by selecting one Japanese Collation at SQL Server level and try to restore NAV database from Navision.
I am getting error Invalid data. Can't restore. Please help me on this.
