Developers Toolkit Update Error

hi. at first : my english ist not so good but i try my best ^^ so. following problem : until recently, we used the developers toolkit in version 2.00 SP 2 whitout any problems. now we have updated our development data base from native to sql and we cant update the toolit anymore (see toolkit_error.JPG).

is there anything to config at the toolit ?
complete reinstall to solve the problem ?

in the past i used a filter before i start the toolkit update. so the object on the screenshot would be ignored. but now this filter doesnt matter. this object wouldn be ignored from the toolkit. i remember me that the sql server do anything different in the sorting (and so in the filtering too) than the native server ...
