This error could have some reasons.
1. ok it is damaged
2. this could be, if you have problems with your HDD where you store this fobs (during the export)
3. is could be, that during the transfer to your backupmedium (like usbstick, CD) there was also an transfererror.
Did you test with a new exportfile (fob) or an textfile <- both before in the testdb :?:

I have only FOB file,your mean is export a txt file?,last week,I import FOB file is right
