Automatic filter between forms

In Cronus Ltd, when you are for exp located on the Customer Form, and by the menu button clicking on the line Comments, you get transferred on the form connected with a table Comment Line, the filter is ON with a Table name: Customer, and has some specific Customer No..

These fields (Table Name and Customer No) are transferred to this form, you can see this when you zoom it..
How is this achieved? I assume by some kind of property??

The Comments form is linked to the Customer form on Table Name=CONST(Customer),No.=FIELD(No.)

Check the properties for the Comments menu item.
