Shift+Ctrl+ Up or Down Arrow Key

Want to move menu items with in a group. Try this Shift+Ctrl+ Up (Direction key) for making it move upwards or down for downwards.

It works in both design mode or without that as well. It works for moving a group as well.

Yes.....it works with design mode and out.

Ctrl+Alt+up and Ctrl+Alt+Down to change menu.

Ctrl+Alt+Up or Ctrl+Alt+Down may not work for everyone. It worked with my previous PC in 4.0.

Well, I use Ctrl+Num(1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/0-shortcuts) to change the menu..!!!

your solution works but i think we need to define few settings in system.

Because in my system, if I use Ctrl+Alt+Down, the whole screen will be set down vertically, thats the reason i prefer to use Ctrl+Num
