Create an URL not based on the first Field

Hi,
Sorry for my english, is not very good.
I want to create one URL with Navision 4.01 which doesn't use the field1. I want to specify another field but when i click on the URL, Navision try to open the form with the field1.

For example : the URL I try to create

[url=navision://client/run?servername=SERVER%5Cdev%26database=DATABASE%26company=TEST%26target=Form%205050%26view=SORTING(Field53100]navision://client/run?servername=SERVER ... Field53100[/url])%26position=Field53100=0(10)%26servertype=MSSQL

It is because the URL is using Primary Key of the table to set the position...
