Regarding RG23D in NAV

Our client is dealing in oil Industry and doing Trading business.
The excise register applicable is RG 23D.
In the process loss of Inventory is a common event to the client.
The requirement is when booking any loss of inventory through negative adjustment in item journal or during stock counting (physical Inventory Journal)

1) How RG 23 D could be updated?
2) The RG 23D should be updated on FIFO basis.

Select the filed Applies-to Entry (RG 23 D) in Item Journal.

then automatically Rg 23 D will update.

I had done purchase of 10 Quantity. It has updated RG 23 D table.

But when i trying to do -ve Adjustment i am getting error.

Thanks for the reply. I need to clarify one thing. Is RG 23 D is applicable for -Ve Adjustments? I had tried it's not working.

If it is not applicable then How to book loss of Inventory. Please advise.

I dont think the option is available in the standard version.
