1. open your List in design mode
2. mark the TableBox
3. open the Property Window for this table box
4. copy the value of BackColor (without the <>)
5. set the BackColor to 0
6. go to the BorderColor Property and paste there the copied BackColor value (16777215)
7. If you doesn't need the Headinglines, set also the property HeadingHeight to 0
8. Now, your list looks like this:
