Planning Worksheet to plan based on Production Forecast

Dear All,
Is there any way to restrict Planning Worksheet in such a way that it performs planning for items where qty is entered in Production Forecast only.
Presently Planning Worksheet works taking into account of Sales Order, Blanket Orders, Production Foecast, Released Production Order (with Remaining Qty in Released PO)

Yeah the best workaround would be to create forecast for a particular location and do not create any order for this location and while running forecast select this location as filter.
