error on inserting a record in a new table

hi,
I created new tables in Nav 6 running sql as the server but whenever i try to enter a new record i get the following error; Another user has modified the record for this (table name) after you retrieved it from the database.
Enter your changes in the updated window, or start the interrupted activity again

How can I have it run

That depends on how you are entering data. Please tell us exactly all the steps that you are taking.

Please reveiew ur code again there is some problem in code this error comes when u tried modified same field two time by code.

The puzzling part is that its working well on the Native DB. So i guess that possibly rules out the code.
