Group menu item not in menu

hi,
I am working on navision 5.0 (sp1). I have created a Group in which i have attached two forms and placed in the Finance module.
These two forms are custom made forms (with new tables).
The problem is that i shud give a user SUPER (DATA) role in order for him to see the two forms/group. Thats not a gud solution.
Can some1 propose me another solution?? or maybe tell me y this is so..

Why don't you desgin a menusite for that user and add that Menu Group for the particular user and for remaining user disable that in the menusuite.
