Testing Location field

Hi,

Can you tell me the usage of Testing Location field (boolean) in a Location card under Excise tab?

    I doesn't know a field in the Lacation table that is called "Testing Location" and i doesn't know the "Excise" tab.
    What for an version do you use :?: Is it maybe a customized version or a local version like IN :?:

    This field is available in INdian Licalization.

    A checkmark in this field indicates that the location is a testing location.

    If any item is sent outside the premises for laboratory test without payment of excise duty then a user needs to keep track whether the sent goods have returned or not.
