Clearing Out Database Sessions

We are currently using Navision 2.01B and if our Citrix server happens to crash, all of the user sessions in Navision remain open and therefore use up licences. Is there a way in the propriatary version to clear these sessions? This has happened on more than one occasion and the only way to clear them is to stop and start the Navision Service on the server.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Rob

Answer from Navision (this is old answer...)How to change KeepAliveTime in WIN NT
The KeepAliveTime is an adjustable parameter where you can decide how often NAVISION and NAVISION Financials will check for a "dead" client.
The NAVISION server and NAVISION Financials server uses the TCP/IP keep alive packet, to find out If a client beaks down, or the user shuts it off.
The following is a copy from a Microsoft forum. (Look for KeepAliveTime)
PSS ID Number: Q120642
Look into Q120642 on Microsoft web. But Citrix must close this disconnected sessions too... set up some parameters on Citrix...0
