Error message while Synchronise Outlook

Hi,

I want to integrate the Outlook with navision, for that Outlook Add-In has been installed and the new toolbar has been displayed in the Outlook. In settings Buttons,Connection Tab, when i am push 'Test Connection' button the error message has been displayed. Kindly suggest me to resolve this error message.

    We cannot help you if you will not share the error message with us. And check the connection properties first.

    What is the error message you are getting when you press the test connection button?
