can you please confirm if Microsoft Business Solution navision 4.03 is compatible with windows 2003/2008 server of 64 bits

NAV is 32bit but is working on 64bit OS in WOW.

I have a problem about NAS on 64 bit. Never I can't receive any MSMQ message on nas. Do you have any idea ?

Yes, I have one, just search the forum, compatibility of MSMQ with 64bit was already discussed... ;-)
