Migration from 3.7 to Nav 2009

Hi,
We have migrate one of our client from 3.7 to NAV 2009.
For this I need information related to changes from 3.7 to NAV 2009.
Does anyone have information related to changes made in NAV2009 or NAV 5.0 with respect to NAV 3.7
If anyone have this information then please share with me.
