Where are the line on the codeunit 80 that delete the line on the table sales line when i post a sales order ???

Could you elaborate more on what you are trying to achieve? I think you might be heading the wrong way.

Search for everythinginvoiced in the code.

kapamarou is right you do need to be very careful what you are trying to achieve here. There is not normally any reason to keep posted orders in the system. Maybe you need to look at archive orders instead.
