Planning Worksheet not suggesting raw materials

I created an item that has a BOM. I put a forecast in for this item for the need for 100 of these.

When I run the Calculate Regenerative Plan to suggest to make these - the 100 items show up as the production order, but it does not suggest for me to place a PO for the raw materials that make up the BOM.

I have it working in my test database, but I cannot get it working in my live database and I cannot figure out what I missed in set-up for this not to tell me i need to but the BOM materials to make the actual item.

Any idea what I can look at?

Did u check combined MPS\MRP boolean ?

On the Options tab I have both MPS and MRP checked. Yes.

Its either a parameter on the planning/and replensihment tab of the item card or the BOM may not be approved.
Compare very carefully between test and live.
