How to: Get currently logged in user?

A simple question.
I want to find the current logged in user. e.g. infonote is using the Nav client.

Is there a way to programmatically find the current logged in user? In which table is the session stored?

Found the solution. There is the USERID. Another alternative is to use the SESSION variable.
