Microsoft Dynamics NAV Style Sheet Tool v2.0
The Style Sheet Tool for Microsoft Dynamics NAV enhances the Style Sheet feature in Microsoft Dynamics NAV by allowing you to easily and without programming knowledge create and modify style sheets in Microsoft Office Word.
The following features have been added to this version:
- Compatibility with the Role Tailored Client.
- Microsoft Word – like Date Formating
- The ability to default the value of the “Include Captions” field.
- Document properties are brought forward from the Mail Merge document to the Style Sheet document.
- Style Sheet Tool objects are now company independent (DataPerCompany = No)
- Miscellaneous code corrections.
- Backward compatible with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 SP1 (build 29125).
Note: You need to have have KB 971170 installed in order to use version 2.0 of the Style Sheet Tool with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 SP1. You can find more information about compatibility with NAV 5.0 in the 'Changes to the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Style Sheet Tool Version 2.0.pdf' document, which you can download from the Downloads section.

Does it allow multiple sub tables.
For example
SalesHeader
--->Sales Line
--->Sales comment lines.

Does the Style sheet tool support multiple line sections? All I see is questions but no answers!0
-
I guess the only way to find out is to try it.
I haven't had time to do it.0 -
I found the person at Microsoft responsible for this and his answer to the query is:
"It is not supported at this time. It is feature that we have discussed about adding based on feedback like this."0 -

I must use Microsoft Office Word function with Dynamics fields but for me it's impossible.
Someone has already tried and succeeded to use native function of word like IF... with Navision fields ?
Thanks.

Hello Guys,
I am facing kind of issue with Stylesheet tool. I am using NAV 2009 R2, Style sheet Tool v2.0 and Word 2010 versions.
One of my customers requires to export more than 70 fields to word document. When I am creating mail merge, only 63 fields are passed and all rest fields are merged into one last field.
So when Word is opened, I am able to select only 63 fields.
I suspect that it is Word 2010 specific bug. Because I've tried to import to Word 100 mail merge fields from HTML file (Same as style sheet tool does) and get the same result, please see screenshot attached.
Maybe someone have seen a fix ? Or code rework for CSV file? (Because with CSV it should work fine).
Best Regards,
