[Problem] Page trigger - OnModifyRecord does not raise

I have some code on a page trigger "OnModifyRecord".
In classic client form, this trigger would raise whenever a record is changed.
However, in page, it raises only when non-primary-key fields are changed.
When a primary-key field is changed, it prompts "do you want to rename the record?"
Even after clicking "yes", the trigger does not raise.
Is there any solution or workaround on this issue?
Thank you.
