Errors in Creating BA cubes (Sales Line and Sales header)

Has anyone created a cube that involves Sales Line and Sales Header tables ? In the standard Cronus database, we are unable to see the Sales header as a related table to Sales line.
(NAV 4.0 SP1 with SP3 BA Objects, SQL 2000 with SP4)
