Hi
I have gotten the outlook synchronization to work at a client but have encountered a fault in the synchronization.
When I create a new appointment in the outlook calander and synchronizes it to NAV it only creates one To-do in NAV.
Normally when you create a to-do in NAV you get two to-dos. one for the organizer and one for the contact attendee.
The to-do created in NAV is the organizer to-do, and not the contact. This give me a problem when synchronizing because the outlook errors because it can not define the contact owner.
Has anyone solved this problem, and if yes how ?
I have also contacted MS and they have identified it as a missing part of the system, and I am awaiting answers from their development department.
System info:
MS SQL 2008 server running the database.
NAV version 5.0 SP1
