I search a C/side predefined function which transforms the text type into Date type.('01/01/04'(text) --->01/01/04d(date))

check the evaluate() function or the DMY2Date() function (C/AL Symbol Menu -> System -> Variable -> Evaluate / System -> Date -> DMY2Date
