Navision V4.0-use of PDA to capture customer signature

Does anyone have such a function implemented please? We need to prove that the customer has taken the goods by getting either a delivery note or invoice signed. This though means that we need to print 2 documents & file. In today's technologically advanced world re use of PDAs, has anyone got such a system in place where the signature is stored electronically linked to a document?
