Issuing Finance Charge Memos

Hello gurus!
I searched the forum and couldn't find a similar thread.
In Nav 4 SP3, when I try to issue a finance charge memo, the following error appears:
'Interest for document [Document No.] is already posted'
I should add that in Reminder/Fin. Charge Entry table there are posted finance charge memo entries for this document, but for different period.
I would appreciate any help.
