Link the Item Journal Doc No and Item Ledger entry Doc No

Hi,
How i will get the Source Document No(Item Journal Document No) from an item ledger entry record. I want both the Document Nos linked to create a functonality.

For example- In the Sales Invoice header we will get the Order No like wise, is there any way to know the Item Journal Document No. from the Item Ledger entry?

From the help:

If the entry was posted from an item journal line, the program automatically assigned the entry a number from the number series in the Posting No. Series field on the line. If the Posting No. Series field was empty, the document number was copied from the Document No. field on the journal line.
