hello Everrybody,
Could anybody answer me the questions?
1. Does Axapta Have the tool of BPM that is Business Process Management - Controling the document statuses, restict different users changing statuses and so on. and main thing, if this tool is easiliy customizable by user, not the implementator
2. Probably Axapta has many tools for planning, I am interested in, if it has the purchase planning tool, that will automaticaly plan my purchases using the sales and purchase statistics, and other historical parameters.
Thanks a llot in advance, any type of responce will be very helpful for me

1. Ax 2009 does offer workflow, you can use that and it can be easily implemented by the users, if they have permissions to do so. But exactly what status u want, i am not sure of , it does allow approval of documents. It allows only following outcome as result approved, rejected and change request.
For 4.0 and earlier
Most of the documents u have stages, for example in Purchase Order u have Purchase Order, Receipt List, Receipt and Invoice all of these can be restricted user wise and easily implemented or changed anytime by the user who has access to do so.
2. I don't think so, because the only place without user intervention (means no keying) Ax does this when it works for reduction keys for Sales and Purchase Forecast. Or i shall admit i forgot if there is any :oops:Kapil Khanna0 -
1. Workflow is debateable - it needs to be created by developers except the 8 pre-build. Once build then yes it can be configured by the user.
2. Look at Demand Planner. The art of teaching is clarity and the art of learning is to listen0 -
Many thanks for your responses and attention0
