Message on Opening Form

On opening every form i am getting this message and if i click on Ok nothing happens. Any specific reason for this.
This is example when i tried to open Chart of A/cs. This is 2009 Classic, SQL version.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV Classic
The G/L Account table cannot be changed because it is locked by another user.
Wait until the user is finished and then try again.
OK
