There is no specific option for reporting bugs. Is it only for product suggestions?

Might as well put bug reports on there as well, although there isn't an option.

Well I posted a bug and they closed by asking me to refer it to support team.

I do not think by 'suggestions' they are referring to bugs. For that there is Microsoft support.
They are referring to Features you would like to be implemented in NAV.
