CRM Outlook Integration in Nav V5

Hi all,
In version 4 you could set the Outlook Integration up on the Sales Person card, this has been removed in V5.
I cant find anything other than documents on NAV v5 Outlook integration with Outlook, not CRM.
Anyone managed to set up a link between CRM and MS Exchange who could advise on the basics of how it works?
