Negative in Inventory but Positive in BIN content??

Hi,


Has anyone encouter this scenario, while posting on the Transfer Order, there an error pop up saying "Item 0001 is not in inventory"??, but I check the BIN content there is enough Qty but in Item card the Inventory is negative?? which is correct inventory in the Item or BIN ](*,) Any advisse how to solve this? Hoping for your reply?? Thanks

Depending on the version there have been lots of hot fixes in this area with it being particularly problematic for Microsoft. There are lots of scenarios and reasons depending upon the version so contact your partner or Microsoft, or search the forums!

Yes depending upon your version, configurations and scenarios

If you're using directed pick and put-away, it's possible that your warehouse entries and item ledger entries are not in sync.

This is usually caused by people using item journal instead of warehouse journal, posting credit memos without return orders, etc.

You have not provided enough information. So the answer to your question whether this is a bug is No.
