BA USER error

I am getting a error while connecting through BA advance client

Does any one has any clues?

Command=FieldStructure
Error=Request failed
Detail=Either the user, DESKTOP\BAUSR_DESKTOP, does not have access to the DEFAULT BA Database database, or the database does not exist

    Have you check that the database exist and the user have access to it in SQL manager or similar tool?
