Navision Localization Workbench Error

Hi,
when i am importing a client file on Navision Localization workbench, i am getting this error:
Import Client An error occurred when importing the string 'OBJECT Table tableid tabledesc'
Make sure that the file has a valid file format
can you pls help

I should have done Tools/Translate/Export in Navision instead of File/Export to get the text file
