Import Attachment in Segments Interactions Problem

I have the following problem:
When I try to import an attachment for a certain interaction in a segment, Word does not display the dynamic NAV fields.
Also when I am for instance in the interaction templates window and then import an attachment, Word does not display the dynamic NAV fields.
Does anyone know why this is? Is this because of a setting or something or am I doing something wrong?
