Error with Automation Server

Hi,
I have a doubt regarding sending mails from Navision using Automation Server 'Micrososft Outlook 11.0 Object Library'.Mail Item.
While running it is giving an error as below...
Couldnot create an instance of the OLE Control or Automation Server identified by
GUID={00062FFF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}9.2:{00061033-0000-0000-C000-000000000046};'Micrososft Outlook 11.0 Object Library'.Mail Item.
Check that the OLE control or Automation Server is correctly installed and registered.
I am able to send mail using the codeunit 397 (Mail).
What could be wrong with the Automation Server?

Outlook Version 2003 (11.8217.8221) SP3.

When you installed your 5.0SP1 client, did you select the Outlook integration objects to be included during the install?

I have opted Complete Installation. I hope it will install all the required objects?
Or anything else has to be done???
