Error - Export to Excel

Hello Guy,

In Nav 5 we have a new feature called as "Export to Excel" where all data from "Nav Form"could be exported to excel documents.

But ---

When we try to export COA to Excel - It works Fine.
When we try to export GL Ledger entries to excel - for few accounts where the transactions are not much it works. For others it gives an error saying - "Problem During Load" and stops. Find attached the error screen shot.

And are you able to open word manually without the error?

Yes. Export to Word is working.

Ah, sorry, I wrote Word, but thinking about Excel... :-)

Hi

Check the error log file that it generated for a message. What version of Excel are you using?

I suspect that you are trying to export more record that excel can handle e.g. > 64K on Excel 2003
