Business Notification Success on Server

Hi,
I have installed Business Notification successfully but it sends emails only if i am using client installed on same machine as BN Server. If i use it on other machines, it doesnt send emails. I believe the BN web services are cannot be accessed from clients; any clues around configuration?

I am also facing the same issue. I also tried this using RTC, but no success.
As you were exploring this issue, wondering if got any luck. If so please share.
