Issues with Enterprise Portal - Dynamics AX 2009

We have developed a web part in Visual Studio for transfer order so that the end user can request for items over the web (using Enterprise Portal). In this process we are unable to find a solution to:

Updating all the tables related to transfer order and transfer line.


In detail:

The tables referenced are:

Invent transfer table
Invent transfer line
Invent Dim
Invent Trans
Invent Sum


The screen UI which has been developed by us is as below (also attached herewith).


Now, when we try to create the transfer line and the transfer order header, we are unable to

Filter the lookup configuration according to item number
Generate Invent Dim ID
Update all other tables which are related to the invent transfer line with the Invent Dim ID field.
If any one of you have come across such a problem or have create a user control/ web form for the same, can you please upload the solution.

Any help would be appreciated.
