Database entry log?

Sorry, it could be stupid question but,

Is there some kind of database entry log(Who and when) in Navision or some setting for it?

Yes, there is. Go to "Administration" -> "IT Administration" -> "General Setup" -> "Change Log Setup". From there you can define which field in which tables should be logged, and enable/disable the logging. You can then see tha changes from "Administration" -> "IT Administration" -> "General Setup" -> "Change Log"

Some notes though :
- Only manual changes in data will be logged. Changes that come from code will not be visible
- The more fields you add, the worse the performance will become

Check whether "User time register" can be of any use for you. If yes, you need to enable the same for users.
