Yes, there is. Go to "Administration" -> "IT Administration" -> "General Setup" -> "Change Log Setup". From there you can define which field in which tables should be logged, and enable/disable the logging. You can then see tha changes from "Administration" -> "IT Administration" -> "General Setup" -> "Change Log"
Some notes though :
- Only manual changes in data will be logged. Changes that come from code will not be visible
- The more fields you add, the worse the performance will become
