Please, I want to know if it is possible to change a table description using C/AL code. I mean can I add fields to a table dynamically(using code)?

I think you technically can, but it's definitely not supported and I can't think of a single reason to do so.

Never seen somebody doing so , but yeah the que "Why" is more important.

Means using code he wants to add e.g. field no. ..... type .... and length(if applicable) .... etc etc.

I doubt it.
