Locked table error

Hello,
I'am woking with Dynamics NAV 5.0 on SQL Server 2005 data base,When the first user want to connect in the moorning,error message tell him that "Impossible to write in the table Item Ledger Entry because is locked by another user, you must wait until it will be free",no other user is connected?
Please tell me what is the problem?

Have you got any over night processes running?

EG adjust costs is running at time of first login etc?

I think u need to flushout user from database.....
