Web services not configuring in Internet Explorer...

Hi All,
I installed NAV 2009 successfully. But the problem is i am not able to connect web services.
I created one record in web services table ; eg., Page 21 Customer Published.
I restarted the service and i connected to internet explorer , only system service is showing not customer.
Can any one help this issue? Appriciate if you solve this problem.

(just asking because it sounds like you are connected to a different database than the service tier)
