Navision Upgrade procedure

Howdy everyone :D

As you all know by now. When it comes to Nav Im almost completly clue less.

I could anyone please tell me what the upgrade procedure is to upgrade form nav 4.3 to nav 5
I have to do an upgrade and not to sure what the upgrade procedure is. Is there a site i would look at for more information

    Upgrade toolkit is available in partner source. In that you can get details for upgrading.
