Database conversion error (Urgent help need)

Hi,
one of our client working on nav ver 5 but some one mistakenly opened the database in nav 2009(6) and after opened its show me the message that database conversion is sucessfully.
now when i m going to take the backup frm nav 5 its shows me the error " there are errors in the text conversion(text no. 1972-0 does not exist in the .stx file) internal error:- 47-1

Kindly help me.

    You can actually do a backup in the Nav 2009, and restore it using the original version.

    while doing the same it shows me error "you do not have permission to read the '0' 8."
    so kindly guide for the same...

    I think you need to do objects and data separately.

    Hi,

    If you don't have a set of objects from your Nav 5 you will have an issue as there is a problem bringing back objects from Nav 2009 to Nav 5 with the insterion of the pages controls.

    So in line with David's comments you can take your data from the live - upgraded 2009, and objects from last backup.

    Might be a good time to consider a nav 2009 technical upgrade !!!!

    Hi Joginder Singh,

    How did you solve the permission problem concerning the reading of the '0' 8?
    I've already tried several types of restore but none of them restored every table and all the data in it.
