Style Sheet Tool

Hi,
having the same issue as a few others, created a style sheet using the tool in customer Db, when send to word, no data!
1) Updated MSXML to 6.0. no data!
2) Exported the XML and re-imported creating new style sheet using standard functionality, no data!
3) Creates style sheet in Cronus, all ok, exported ok, imported this style sheet to customer DB and no data!
any ideas, please help?

I have tested this on a local copy and everythig exports?
