We have big problems working with the Navision 2.60C, SQL Server 2000. If the Navision Table contains keys with SumIndexFields, or fields with FlowFilter, then sinks the performance (Navision forms/reports are very slow).

Hardware Navision-Server: 1 GB RAM, 4x 550MHz Xeon Proc, DPT-Raid(0+1),
Software: Win2000 Adv. Server, SQL 2000, Navision 2.60c
Navision Database: 21GB (Vers. 2.01) => 35 GB (Vers 2.60c)

Can everybody help us ?

Thanks a lot in advance

    We have had the same problem. We have disabled the MaintainSIFTIndex on some of the keys. But this should be done with great care. This will speed up when posting to the table but using the sumindex will be slower.
    There is a service pack coming from Navision in January/Ferbruary and they say:

    "Increased performance for the “MS SQL Server Option” due to some solved MS SQL Server – Query Optimizer problems"
