Multiple Dataitem in a single dataport

Hi,
Is it possible to use more than one dataitem in a single dataport?.
For example. I have TABLE A,B,C,D.
If i select A boolean (CSV file also selected) in a request form, TABLE A should get upload the data
If i select B boolean (CSV file also selected) in a request form, TABLE B should get upload the data.. Same for C,D
I've written coding by using Currreport.BREAK in the PreDataItem Trigger. But it is not working. It is always sitting the data in TABLE A
....... Anyother solution :-k ??
