C/ODBC ... permission problem ?!

Hello,

we have permission problems using C/ODBC on 3.70 ...
if we use a 'super'-user -> the ODBC connection will work.

Now we want to establish a connetion for a 'normal' user ...
the users role contains the 9130 system permission (C/ODBC)
and right to read an amount of tablels ... but ist still
won't work ...

Do we need further permissions to use C/ODBC ?

    thanks @ jm ... but the guy in this post just forgot the permissions
    to the 9130 system object ... our user has this permission.

    But i found the problem by myself ... the permission 9130 was in a role
    for a special company (i.e. "Sales Dep") ... i put the the permission in
    a new role called "CODBC" and add the role to the users right without a
    company and it works !!!!!
